COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 1785-MK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Anly products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fuji-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Anly such as the APT8S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DTA7272 manufactured by Delta and we are pleased to be able to service most Delta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NP1Y32T09P1 by Manufacturer Fuji-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 1794TB3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dranetz such as 5504 equipment made by Dranetz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dranetz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dranetz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 16JFS020CO made by Athena as well as the popular IC693CPU363BH original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DC200H00001F00000 by Honeywell and 5504 spares by Dranetz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 176B8013 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Graham-Transmissions. |
